I am currently volunteering Yoga Teaching for a wonderful charity called Yoga Outreach, providing yoga to the vulnerable and in need as a loving tool for healing, finding inner peace, bringing health back to the mind body and spirit aswell as laughing and learning and loving. I am so grateful for the opportunity to work with such amazing women.
